Text Telephone (TTY)
A TTY is a device used by people who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, or have a speech disability, and you can use it to communicate if you have difficulty hearing or speaking on the phone.

STS ensures that people with speech disabilities, including you, can make calls more easily and be clearly understood, providing equal access to telephone communication.

Hearing Carry Over (HCO)
HCO allows those that can hear but have a speech disability to listen to the person called. The HCO user types conversation for the relay operator to read to the standard telephone user.

Emergency Services
