VCO lets deaf or hard-of-hearing users speak directly to hearing callers, making it an ideal solution if you have difficulty hearing over the phone.
Participants can read real-time captions during calls, video meetings, or webinars from almost any internet-connected device, helping to communicate clearly with coworkers, providers, family, and friends.
7-1-1 is not a substitute for 9-1-1 in emergencies. TTY users should call 9-1-1 or their local TTY-equipped emergency center directly.
All callers must be registered to make a call through Internet-based relay including video relay and IP relay. Non-registered callers cannot make or receive internet-based relay calls.
