Internet Relay is a service that allows individuals with hearing loss to place and receive relay calls over the Internet via a computer or laptop. There is no need for traditional TTY equipment; internet relay is a free service provided by various relay companies that combines traditional relay with the ease of the Internet.

There are no long distance charges, however, International calls are not allowed.

Internet Relay (or IP Relay) gives those who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, or speech disabled the ability to place a relay call directly from a web browser. Consumers can use any service provider they choose

Important information:

All callers must be registered with their internet relay provider to obtain a 10-digit number in order to use this service.
